摘要長期以來,對于多維基因多態性數據的多元統計分析,如計算遺傳距離時所用的聚類分析、分析群體遺傳結構時所用的主成分分析、因子分析和典型相關分析等,一直應用為無約束條件數據而設計的經典多元線性分析方法,並沒有注意基因多態性數據的「閉合效應」所帶來的問題。Starting from symmetry properties of equation and considering the variable - coefficient of the equation as a new dependent variable, a new general method to solve variable - coefficient equation is proposed. the solution of variable - coefficient equation can be expressed by an arbitrary solution of the corresponding constant - coefficient equation. taking schridinger equation as a concrete example, the method is recommended in detail
