    結果表明:所研的無糖組培環境co _ 2增施監控系統工正常、穩定、可靠,能有效地將組培箱內的co _ 2濃度及其對濕度控制在設定范圍內;用箱外循環法對箱內氣體凈化處理后,改善了組培箱內的氣體環境,有利於組培苗的生長發育; co _ 2富集環境中,組培苗生長健壯、發育良好,生根率著提高,根系發達。本實驗條件下,處理組菊花組培苗的新增葉片數是對照組的1 . 85倍;處理組的根總長是對照組的10 . 6倍;處理組根數是對照組的6 . 67倍。
