為了提高導航定位系統的可靠性、抗干擾性、掃描范圍及定位精度，使其具有良好的穩定性，而採取了一系列技術措施，包括：採用調制激光信號；設計帶通濾波器和信號的整形處理電路；採用門限技術剔除干擾；並採用單片機系統對採集到的各類信號進行綜合處理與管理；建立了基於合作路標的位置計算方法和數學模型，實時通過串列通訊送到上位機，以便上位機對數據進行處理，從而進行定位計算。
